PUPPY
Puppy is an Australian cattle dog.. A “Texas Heeler”. He’s about 1 1/2 years old. He is not neutered, but up to date with vaccinations. He’s super playful, energetic, and has the ability to be “sneaky” and try to trick you! They are one of the smartest breeds! He has a strong sense of loyalty, but also needs a task and freedom. If he does not have these, he will rebel.
He’s somewhat house trained, he is crate trained, leash trained if in a harness. He’s great with cats. He can be a little overbearing with small children and understanding healthy bubbles and boundaries.
He gets along with other dogs for the most part, but can be territorial, He has the ability to jump a 6 foot fence and will dig. He needs to have an “alpha” (loving owner that has the time to train but enforce rules and boundaries). What would be the best setting for him is a family with a farm, he needs a task and a job.
