HUEY
Meet Huey! He’s approximately 4 months old and of mix breed lineage that includes all sorts of cuteness. Huey is a curious, sweet puppy who is learning to play with toys, and loves it! He even has his favorite toy friends that he takes to bed with him. And, he's also made quick friends with his foster family's dog, who he adores and takes his learning ques from.
Huey is already showing good aptitude and desire to learn and please. He is great on the leash and loves walks. He is house trained and will whine to tell you about his need for a pottie break. He’s eager to learn and will respond nicely to more training as he gets older.
Huey is the kind of dog any family would be lucky to have; and, he could easily slide into an only-dog or multi-dog home. He is friendly, playful, affectionate, smart and curious. His confidence level is fast tracking and he has become nicely self-assured. He enjoys a moderate energy level and likes the hustle bustle of things going on around him; but, he also likes to lie quietly and observe.
Huey is ready to find his forever family. He is being fostered in Bethesda, MD by the Atlantic Region Central Border Collie Rescue. He is up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, on monthly heartworm and flea/tick meds. Huey will e adopted out with a neuter contract.
